Comprehensive Beverage Preparation & Shop Setup
The Comprehensive Beverage Preparation & Shop Setup Course is designed in response to the growing demand from restaurants, hotels, and beverage chains for skilled beverage professionals and managers, as well as the increasing interest among young learners in developing practical skills for the F&B industry.
The course provides students with both foundational and advanced knowledge of professional beverage preparation, shop management, and business setup, along with extensive hands-on practice in preparing a wide variety of professional non-alcoholic beverages.
Through AmCollege’s specialized training curriculum, students will learn everything from beverage preparation, topping production, and drink presentation to menu development, beverage quality control, shop management, and outlet setup.
The program also emphasizes essential professional and entrepreneurial skills, enabling students to confidently develop their own signature beverages, communicate effectively with customers and business partners, and prepare for either launching their own beverage business or pursuing career opportunities with leading beverage chains, restaurants, and hotels.

- Beverage Preparation Skills: Students learn to identify and distinguish different types of beverages, accurately measure ingredients to achieve balanced flavors, and present drinks in an attractive and professional manner.
- Beverage Performance Skills: Students develop confidence and proficiency in professional beverage preparation and presentation techniques.
- Creative Skills: Beverage preparation goes beyond simply following recipes; it requires both technical expertise and creativity. Students are encouraged to develop original beverages that are flavorful, distinctive, and nutritionally balanced.

They are also beverage research and development professionals working with leading beverage chains, restaurants, and 5-star hotels. Some serve as Brand Ambassadors for renowned beverage brands.
- The curriculum is regularly updated and features popular beverage recipes, signature drinks, and the latest trend-driven bartending techniques developed by the AmCollege academic team.

The tuition fee includes ingredients and materials used throughout all practical sessions, uniform, course materials, and examination fees.

Upon completion of the Comprehensive Beverage Preparation & Shop Setup Course, students will have a strong foundation and practical skills in non-alcoholic beverage preparation and shop operations.
Graduates will be able to:
- Identify and distinguish different types of non-alcoholic beverages, select appropriate glassware, and apply suitable garnishing and presentation techniques for each drink.
- Select and accurately measure ingredients to achieve well-balanced flavors, while developing creative and distinctive beverages with attractive presentation.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of menu design, shop setup, business operations, and shop management.
- Confidently pursue employment opportunities or continue to higher-level training to further develop their professional skills.
- Receive a Certificate of Completion for the short-term course issued by AmCollege and be equipped with the professional competencies required to work in 3- to 5-star hotels and restaurants.
